These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and us. They govern your download, access, and use of Schedora.
By using Schedora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Relationship With Apple
These Terms are between you and [LEGAL NAME OR BUSINESS NAME], not Apple. We, rather than Apple, are responsible for Schedora and its content.
Your use of Schedora is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store rules and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement , which is incorporated into these Terms.
If these Terms conflict with Apple's mandatory usage rules or applicable law, those rules or laws will control to the extent of the conflict.
2. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Schedora on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's usage rules.
Schedora is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all rights not expressly granted to you.
You may not:
- Copy, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app except where applicable law permits.
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, or attempt to derive the app's source code except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
- Interfere with the app's operation or security.
- Circumvent evaluation, purchase, subscription, or access controls.
- Use the app for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
3. Your Content and Responsibilities
You remain responsible for the schedules, class information, lessons, notes, tasks, and other content you enter into Schedora.
You must have the right to use that content and must not enter information that violates another person's rights or applicable law.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your device secure.
- Checking the accuracy of your planner.
- Keeping any exports or other copies you may require.
- Protecting files you export or share.
- Avoiding unnecessary student or other sensitive personal information.
4. Schedora Is a Planning Aid
Schedora is a personal planning tool. It is not:
- An official school calendar.
- An emergency or closure-notification system.
- A student information system.
- A substitute for instructions from your school or employer.
- A guaranteed source of schedule information.
We do not guarantee that information entered into or calculated by Schedora will always be complete, current, or error-free.
5. Evaluation Access
Eligible users may receive a 30-day full-access evaluation under the conditions displayed in the app.
The evaluation is provided by Schedora and is separate from any App Store introductory offer unless the purchase screen expressly says otherwise.
Evaluation eligibility and dates may be recorded locally and may not reset when planner data is erased or the app is reinstalled.
When the evaluation or paid access ends, Schedora may limit creation and editing while allowing existing planner data to remain viewable in read-only mode.
6. Schedora Pro Subscriptions
Schedora may offer monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions.
The price, billing period, and available terms shown on the App Store purchase confirmation screen control your purchase. Payment is charged to the Apple ID associated with your App Store account.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account's subscription settings.
Restore Purchases asks Apple and RevenueCat to refresh eligible purchase status.
Apple controls billing, cancellations, refunds, and applicable subscription-payment decisions.
7. Third-Party Services
Schedora uses services provided by Apple and RevenueCat for purchases, billing, subscription offerings, receipt validation, restoration, and entitlement status.
Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using Schedora.
Third-party services may sometimes be unavailable or require an internet connection.
We are not responsible for failures caused solely by services outside our reasonable control.
8. Ownership
Schedora's software, design, branding, interface, documentation, and original content are owned by [LEGAL NAME OR BUSINESS NAME] or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Schedora or its intellectual property to you.
9. Maintenance and Support
We are responsible for providing any maintenance and support for Schedora required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.

10. Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue Schedora or individual features.
Local planning features are designed to work offline. Subscription pricing, purchasing, restoration, and entitlement verification may require internet access and the availability of Apple or RevenueCat services.
Where required by law, changes affecting an active paid subscription will be handled through the applicable App Store process.
11. Termination
You may stop using Schedora at any time.
We may terminate or restrict your license if you materially violate these Terms, subject to applicable law.
Termination of your app license and cancellation of an App Store subscription are separate actions.
Ending a subscription does not automatically delete planner information stored on your device.
12. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schedora is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If Schedora fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, as required under its applicable terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation concerning Schedora.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [LEGAL NAME OR BUSINESS NAME] will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use Schedora.
- Missed or incorrect schedule information.
- Device loss or failure.
- Loss of locally stored planner information.
- An export being lost, disclosed, or sent to an unintended destination.
- The unavailability of Apple, RevenueCat, or another third-party service.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Legal Compliance
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and that you are not listed on a United States government prohibited or restricted-party list.
You agree to comply with all laws applicable to your use of Schedora.
15. Intellectual-Property Claims
If a third party claims that Schedora infringes its intellectual-property rights, [LEGAL NAME OR BUSINESS NAME], not Apple, will be responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or otherwise addressing that claim as required by law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE/PROVINCE AND COUNTRY], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer rights or the protections of the laws and courts that must apply in your place of residence.
17. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
After you accept these Terms, Apple has the right to enforce the applicable provisions against you as a third-party beneficiary.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Schedora changes.
We will revise the “Last updated” date and provide any notice required by law.
Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
